Master Mikao Usui, a spiritual Japanese man born in 1865, founded the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki System following his own profound experience with Energy Healing in 1922. He didn’t invent Energy Healing for in fact it has been practiced since 2500 years. But with his foundations, he helped many thousands of people benefit from this natural art of healing our bodies & minds. After Mikao’s death, his students that had become Masters in Reiki furthered his footsteps, all the way into our modern society we know today. Reiki, or Energy Healing is the Art of channeling Universal life energy for the benefit of the recipient. The Energy Practitioner’s body & hands become the Energy Channel of the cosmic life force that is directed to the recipient’s body for the purpose to feed areas of the body that feel pain with pure, clean energy. This technique can alleviate pain, tension, anxiety, stress, fatigue & perhaps dis-ease. It enhances our quality of life, it uplifts or rekindles our spirit and it reconnects us with the purpose of life. It helps removing energy blockages in the body, clearing stagnant or obsolete energy out of the body. It assists with grounding & raising one’s vibration, with relaxation & meditation.
When we give credit to all things unseen, our world grows exponentially. Energy Healing is a natural & utmost powerful tool for humans to heal. It supports the sustainability of our existence. When we shall master the secrets of energy totally, we shall be immortal, because everything is energy ♥︎

SOUND THERAPY (Or Sound Healing)
Healing the body with sound is as old as humanity is.
The first sound used for healing came from peoples own voice.
Since the first dawn, native tribe people have used an extensive variety of instruments to complement their prayers & rituals, such as drums, native flutes, clap sticks, rattles & more.
Sound is evocative, it disperses into the environment around us and touches everything.
Sound is a resonance, a vibration, a frequency. Earth has a very stable, consistent vibration called the Schumann Resonance. It is our Source vibration, the frequency of our soul.
A basic law of the physics of sound is that a strong vibration overrides & restructures a weak or low vibration, it’s called a dominant resonance. A vibration or sound has a speed at which it operates, the slower the lower the frequency, the faster the higher the frequency and is measured with the Hertz scale.
For example, electricity is a low frequency at 50-60Hz
Where the sound of a crystal singing bowl has a higher frequency that can go up to 900Hz depending on the bowl. Certain high frequencies can go up to 2000Hz. Sounds we can perceive starts at 200Hz. The speed of a vibration is measured in Hertz and the volume of sound is measured in decibels. We as humans, have the choice to tune into any frequency we like. Often people are not conscious of which frequency they tune into. Some can be detrimental to us. And some, the more whole, pure frequencies will uplift our spirit and have the ability to heal ♥︎
